Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy.
- Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Add the pecan halves and toss until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

- Spread the pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
