Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add tahini and plain Greek yogurt.
- Whisk together until smooth and fully combined.
- Add toasted sesame oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, and soy sauce.
- Whisk again until the mixture becomes creamy and well blended.
- Season with salt and black pepper, stirring to incorporate evenly.
- Let the dip rest for 10 to 15 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top.
- Drizzle lightly with additional sesame oil if desired.
- Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or warm bread.
