- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Spread the chicken pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and stir gently to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

- Cut chicken into even pieces for uniform cooking.
- Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
