Description

Three Cheese Chicken Bake is a creamy, comforting casserole made with tender chicken pieces baked in a rich garlic cream sauce and topped with melted mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese for the ultimate cheesy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken pieces, cut into bite sized chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  4. Spread the chicken pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and stir gently to coat evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan evenly over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  8. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

  • Cut chicken into even pieces for uniform cooking.
