Description

A fun fusion dish combining sushi flavors with taco-style serving, featuring fresh salmon, rice, and crisp vegetables wrapped in nori.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice cooked
  • 200 grams fresh salmon sliced
  • 6 nori sheets
  • 1 large avocado sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 small carrot shredded
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Prepare sushi rice and keep it slightly warm.
  2. Mix rice gently with soy sauce.
  3. Lay nori sheets flat.
  4. Add rice, then layer salmon, avocado, cucumber, and carrot.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  6. Serve immediately.
