- 200 grams fresh salmon sliced
- 6 nori sheets
- 1 large avocado sliced
- 1 medium cucumber cut into strips
- 1 small carrot shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare sushi rice and keep it slightly warm.
- Mix rice gently with soy sauce.
- Lay nori sheets flat.
- Add rice, then layer salmon, avocado, cucumber, and carrot.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Serve immediately.
