- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
- 4 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 170 grams)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 50 grams)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (about 120 milliliters)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (about 15 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sauté for about 2 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat.
- Add the cooked chicken, sautéed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9 by 13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
- For extra browning, broil for 2 to 3 minutes at the end, watching carefully.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

- Drain the artichoke hearts thoroughly to prevent excess moisture.
- Soften the cream cheese completely for a smooth sauce.
