- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced thin
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken thighs, olive oil, 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, paprika, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and black pepper. Toss well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, stir together 1/2 cup plain yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon salt to make the sauce.
- Cook the marinated chicken in the hot skillet for 8 to 10 minutes, turning as needed, until browned and fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice if needed.
- Warm the tortillas briefly until soft and pliable.
- Assemble each tortilla with shredded romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onion, cooked chicken, and a spoonful of sauce.
- For a lightly crisp finish, return the assembled wraps to the skillet for 1 to 2 minutes per side, seam side down first.
- Slice and serve warm with extra sauce if desired.

- Marinating the chicken longer, up to 4 hours, gives deeper flavor.
- Keep the vegetables and sauce separate until serving for the freshest texture.
- Reduce the cayenne pepper for a milder wrap.
