Description

Tender roasted artichokes coated in rich garlic butter, delivering a flavorful and comforting dish perfect as a side or appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium artichokes, trimmed and halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. Brush artichokes with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Place cut side down on the tray.
  6. Roast for 30 to 35 minutes until tender and golden.
  7. Brush with extra garlic butter after roasting.
  8. Serve warm.
