Description

These Ranch Roasted Nuts are a savory, crunchy snack made with a mix of almonds, cashews, pecans, and peanuts coated in a bold herb blend with dill, garlic, and onion. Perfect for parties, gifting, or everyday snacking.

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • 1 cup raw peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds, cashews, pecans, and peanuts.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the nuts and toss until evenly coated.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together dried dill, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dried chives, and salt.
