- 1/2 cup pistachio cream
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- Melt the chopped dark chocolate and melted butter together until smooth and glossy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the granulated sugar and eggs until slightly thickened.
- Stir the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and mix gently until combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and stir.
- Sift in the all purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold gently until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two thirds full.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain slightly soft.
- Allow the brownie cups to cool completely.
- Spoon pistachio cream into the center of each brownie cup and sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios before serving.
