Description

Rich and fudgy Pistachio Chocolate Brownie Cups with a deep dark chocolate base and a smooth pistachio cream center. These bakery-style brownie bites are perfectly portioned, indulgent, and topped with crunchy pistachios for a beautiful finish.


Ingredients

  • 4 ounces chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pistachio cream
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. Melt the chopped dark chocolate and melted butter together until smooth and glossy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the granulated sugar and eggs until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and mix gently until combined.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and stir.
  6. Sift in the all purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold gently until just combined.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two thirds full.
  8. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain slightly soft.
  9. Allow the brownie cups to cool completely.
  10. Spoon pistachio cream into the center of each brownie cup and sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios before serving.
