Description

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Ensure hard boiled eggs are fully cooled, peeled, and finely chopped.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the chopped eggs with a fork or potato masher until fine but slightly textured.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and mix until mostly smooth and well incorporated.
  4. Stir in mayonnaise, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle additional paprika lightly over the surface and top with chopped fresh chives.
