Ike’s Place Jaymee Sirewich is a signature sandwich created by Ike’s Place, featuring a unique combination of savory ingredients, including tender meat, special sauce, and fresh vegetables, all served on a delicious roll.

- 1 sandwich roll (your choice of bread)
- 4 oz turkey breast
- 4 oz roast beef
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon Ike’s Dirty Sauce (or substitute with your favorite sauce)
- 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, sliced
- Pickles, sliced (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the sandwich press or grill pan to medium heat.
- Spread Ike’s Dirty Sauce on both sides of the sandwich roll.
- Layer the turkey breast, roast beef, Swiss cheese, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the roll.
- Top the meat and cheese with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and pickles, if desired.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then place the top half of the roll on top to close the sandwich.
- Place the sandwich in the sandwich press or grill pan and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding sautéed onions or jalapeños.
- If you don’t have Ike’s Dirty Sauce, a mix of mayonnaise, mustard, and a little hot sauce can be a good substitute.
- This sandwich can also be made with other deli meats or cheeses, based on personal preference.
