Description

Creamy garlic parmesan chicken pasta made with tender chicken, rich sauce, and perfectly cooked pasta for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breast, sliced
  • 300 grams pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan and cook chicken until golden, then remove.
  4. Sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
  5. Return chicken and add cooked pasta to the sauce.
  6. Simmer until sauce thickens and coats the pasta.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best results
  • Add pasta water if sauce is too thick
  • Cook garlic gently to avoid bitterness
