- 2 large chicken breast, sliced
- 300 grams pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan and cook chicken until golden, then remove.
- Sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
- Return chicken and add cooked pasta to the sauce.
- Simmer until sauce thickens and coats the pasta.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best results
- Add pasta water if sauce is too thick
- Cook garlic gently to avoid bitterness
