- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta shells until slightly underdone, then drain.
- Mix ricotta, cream cheese, half mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread marinara in baking dish.
- Stuff shells and place in dish.
- Drizzle garlic butter over shells.
- Cover and bake 25 minutes, uncover, add cheese, bake 10 more minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Do not overcook pasta before stuffing.
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
