Description

Creamy, cheesy stuffed pasta shells baked with garlic butter and marinara sauce for the ultimate comfort dish.


Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells until slightly underdone, then drain.
  3. Mix ricotta, cream cheese, half mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread marinara in baking dish.
  5. Stuff shells and place in dish.
  6. Drizzle garlic butter over shells.
  7. Cover and bake 25 minutes, uncover, add cheese, bake 10 more minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Do not overcook pasta before stuffing.
  • Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • Let rest before serving.
