- 100g milk chocolate
- 100g white chocolate

Instructions
- Line a tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Insert a wooden stick gently into each chocolate filled crêpe, ensuring it is secure.
- Place the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in short 20 to 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate using the same method until smooth and glossy.
- Dip each crêpe pop halfway into either melted milk or white chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off gently.
- Place the dipped crêpe pops onto the prepared parchment-lined tray.
- Immediately decorate with assorted sugar sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature for about 20 to 30 minutes, or refrigerate briefly until firm.
- Serve once the coating is fully set and enjoy.
