Description

Fun and festive chocolate crêpe pops made with chocolate filled crêpes dipped in smooth milk and white chocolate, then topped with colorful sugar sprinkles. These no-bake treats are quick, easy, and perfect for parties or sweet snacks.


Ingredients

  • 6 St Pierre chocolate filled crêpes
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 100g white chocolate
  • Assorted sugar sprinkles (as needed)


Instructions

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Insert a wooden stick gently into each chocolate filled crêpe, ensuring it is secure.
  3. Place the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in short 20 to 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate using the same method until smooth and glossy.
  5. Dip each crêpe pop halfway into either melted milk or white chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off gently.
  6. Place the dipped crêpe pops onto the prepared parchment-lined tray.
  7. Immediately decorate with assorted sugar sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature for about 20 to 30 minutes, or refrigerate briefly until firm.
  9. Serve once the coating is fully set and enjoy.

  • Melt chocolate slowly to prevent burning or seizing.
