- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a springform pan.
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, heavy cream, cocoa powder, melted chocolate, vanilla, and salt.
