Description

A creamy and comforting crack chicken biscuit casserole made with tender shredded chicken, rich cream cheese, melted cheddar, and fluffy golden biscuit pieces baked to perfection. This hearty one dish meal is perfect for busy weeknights or cozy family dinners.

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Cut the refrigerated biscuit dough into quarters and arrange the pieces evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through and the filling is bubbling around the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
