Description

Golden, cheesy pizza pockets filled with tender chicken, savory pepperoni, and melted mozzarella, all wrapped in soft pizza dough. A fun and easy handheld meal perfect for lunch, dinner, or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Roll out pizza dough and cut into equal rectangles.
  4. Add filling to one side, fold over, and seal edges. Crimp with a fork.
  5. Place on baking sheet, brush with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
