- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into equal rectangles.
- Add filling to one side, fold over, and seal edges. Crimp with a fork.
- Place on baking sheet, brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
