- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease or line a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs.
- Stir in shredded cheddar and shredded mozzarella until evenly coated with the flour mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined. Fold in chopped fresh parsley.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top evenly.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and serve warm.
