Description

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these Cajun Salmon Bites are coated in bold spices and finished with fresh lemon. A quick and flavorful seafood dish perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 whole lemon, cut into wedges


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat until hot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Lightly oil the skillet if needed and allow it to heat fully before adding the salmon.
  4. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the skillet, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning gently, until the exterior is golden and the inside flakes easily.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest briefly.
  7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon before serving.
