- 1 whole lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat until hot.

- Lightly oil the skillet if needed and allow it to heat fully before adding the salmon.
- Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the skillet, leaving space between each piece.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning gently, until the exterior is golden and the inside flakes easily.
- Remove from heat and let rest briefly.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon before serving.
