Description

Soft and tender blueberry cookies with juicy bursts of fresh berries in every bite, perfect for a light and comforting homemade treat.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg, vanilla extract, and milk, then mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  6. Gently fold in blueberries.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
