Ingredients
- Ripe Banana: 1 medium, mashed
- All-Purpose Flour: 1 ½ cups
- Granulated Sugar: ¼ cup
- Brown Sugar: ½ cup, packed
- Butter: ½ cup (1 stick), softened
- Egg: 1 large
- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
- Baking Soda: ½ teaspoon
- White Chocolate Chips: ¾ cup
- Banana Pudding Mix: 1 (3.4 oz) box, instant
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine Ingredients: Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in mashed banana, egg, and vanilla extract.
