- 1 lb Sea Scallops (U/10 or U/15 size)
- 1 Large Garlic Clove, minced
- ½ tbsp Tarragon, minced
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 Large Lemon, juiced and zested
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the scallops dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine scallops, olive oil, garlic, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and opaque in the center.
- Remove from the air fryer and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Sprinkle lemon zest before serving.
