Description

These Air Fryer Sea Scallops are golden, tender, and bursting with garlic, tarragon, and lemon flavor. Made in under 15 minutes, they’re a simple yet elegant seafood dish that feels restaurant-quality but is incredibly easy to make at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sea Scallops (U/10 or U/15 size)
  • 1 Large Garlic Clove, minced
  • ½ tbsp Tarragon, minced
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Large Lemon, juiced and zested


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, combine scallops, olive oil, garlic, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.
  5. Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and opaque in the center.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Sprinkle lemon zest before serving.
