Description

Juicy, herb-packed ground chicken kebabs roasted on a single sheet pan with tender bell peppers, garlic, and shallots for a quick, bold, and viral dinner win.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 1.5 bell peppers, sliced
  • 4 large shallots, peeled and halved
  • 5 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Oil, for greasing the sheet pan


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and generously oil a large sheet pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken with parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano until just combined.
  3. Spread sliced bell peppers, shallots, and garlic cloves evenly on the sheet pan.
  4. Using damp hands, shape the meat mixture into logs or patties and nestle among the veggies.
  5. Drizzle with additional oil if desired.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping kebabs halfway through, until fully cooked and browned.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with extra parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use wet hands to prevent the meat from sticking while shaping.
  • Don’t overcrowd the sheet pan to allow proper browning.
  • Let kebabs rest a few minutes before serving to lock in juices.
