- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 1.5 bell peppers, sliced
- 4 large shallots, peeled and halved
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Oil, for greasing the sheet pan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and generously oil a large sheet pan.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken with parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano until just combined.
- Spread sliced bell peppers, shallots, and garlic cloves evenly on the sheet pan.
- Using damp hands, shape the meat mixture into logs or patties and nestle among the veggies.
- Drizzle with additional oil if desired.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping kebabs halfway through, until fully cooked and browned.
- Remove from oven, garnish with extra parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use wet hands to prevent the meat from sticking while shaping.
- Don’t overcrowd the sheet pan to allow proper browning.
