  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with coconut oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the almond flour, shredded coconut, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick batter forms. If desired, fold in chopped almonds and chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan, pressing it down with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the blondies are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares. Serve and enjoy!
