- 21-ounce can lemon pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, carefully combine the Angel Food Cake Mix and lemon pie filling until just mixed. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use only the one-step Angel Food Cake Mix for best results.
- For cleaner cuts, chill the bars before slicing.
- Optional: Dust with powdered sugar after cooling for a classic finish.
