Instructions
- Prepare the chimichurri sauce by mixing parsley, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir well and let it sit for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to combine. Adjust seasoning with lemon juice if desired.
- Grill the sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- While the sausages cook, slice the sandwich rolls in half and toast lightly, if desired.
- Once sausages are cooked, place each sausage on a toasted roll and drizzle with chimichurri sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the zesty and savory flavors!
