- 4 boneless, skinless turkey breasts
- 1 box stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions, using chicken broth instead of water for extra flavor.
- While the stuffing is cooking, season the turkey breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Once the stuffing is ready, spoon a portion of the stuffing onto each turkey breast, spreading it evenly.
- Roll up each turkey breast tightly, securing it with toothpicks if needed.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear each turkey roll-up for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Transfer the seared turkey roll-ups to the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey is fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove toothpicks before serving and serve with cranberry sauce, if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top of the turkey roll-ups before baking.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
