Description

Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups are a delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring seasoned turkey breasts wrapped around a flavorful stuffing mixture, baked to golden perfection. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or holiday meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless turkey breasts
  • 1 box stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions, using chicken broth instead of water for extra flavor.
  3. While the stuffing is cooking, season the turkey breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Once the stuffing is ready, spoon a portion of the stuffing onto each turkey breast, spreading it evenly.
  5. Roll up each turkey breast tightly, securing it with toothpicks if needed.
  6. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear each turkey roll-up for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  7. Transfer the seared turkey roll-ups to the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey is fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove toothpicks before serving and serve with cranberry sauce, if desired.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top of the turkey roll-ups before baking.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
