- 2 thick slices turkey deli meat
- 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- 1 to 2 thin slices cheddar cheese
- 4 thin tomato slices
- 1 handful baby arugula
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped basil
Instructions
- Lightly toast the butter bread slices until just golden.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, minced garlic, and chopped basil until smooth.
- Lay the toasted bread slices on a clean surface.
- Spread the garlic basil mayonnaise evenly on both slices of bread.
- Layer the turkey deli meat on one slice of bread.
- Add the cheddar cheese slices over the turkey.
- Top with crispy bacon slices, tomato slices, and baby arugula.
- Close the sandwich with the second slice of bread.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
