Description

Tortilla Strip Pizza is a quick and crispy thin-crust style pizza made with a flour tortilla, melted mozzarella, olives, tomatoes, and herbs. It’s light, flavorful, and perfect for an easy meal or snack when pizza cravings hit fast.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the flour tortilla on the prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Top with sliced black olives and diced tomatoes, spreading them evenly.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano over the top.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crisp around the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven, let rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve.
