- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the flour tortilla on the prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the tortilla.
- Top with sliced black olives and diced tomatoes, spreading them evenly.
- Sprinkle dried oregano over the top.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crisp around the edges.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve.
