These Tortilla Kebabs are packed with juicy spiced beef, wrapped in golden tortillas, and served with creamy cilantro sauce or buttery garlic baste. Perfect for parties, family dinners, or an easy flavorful meal.

- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 6 extra-large flour tortillas
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 medium white onion, finely diced (if grated, strain liquid)
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Optional Garlic Butter Baste: 2–3 garlic cloves minced, 3 tablespoons melted butter, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Optional Cilantro Cream Sauce: 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 3 garlic cloves, 1/3 cup chopped cilantro, juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, red bell pepper, paprika, parsley, cumin, garlic powder, coriander, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
- Lay out tortillas and spread an even layer of the beef mixture over each, leaving space at the edges for sealing.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the beef is fully cooked and tortillas are golden and slightly crisp.
- Optional: Brush with garlic butter for extra flavor and shine.
- Slice into 2-inch pieces and serve warm with cilantro cream sauce or your favorite dip.
Notes
- Use extra-large tortillas for easier rolling.
- Don’t overfill tortillas to prevent tearing or leaking.
- Chill the rolled kebabs for 10 minutes before baking to help them hold shape.
- Sear slices briefly in a pan for a crispy finish if desired.
