- 4.25 ounces dairy-free chocolate
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, coconut flour, and cinnamon.
- In a small saucepan, dissolve beef gelatin in hot water.
- Mix the gelatin mixture into the tahini and coconut flour until smooth.
- Press the crust mixture into individual tart molds or ramekins and chill for 15–20 minutes.
- Melt dairy-free chocolate gently and pour over the chilled crust.
- Top each tart with sliced strawberries, pressing lightly into the chocolate.
- Chill for at least 1 hour to allow chocolate to set completely before serving.
