Description

Rich and nutty tahini chocolate tarts with a smooth chocolate layer and fresh strawberry topping. Perfect for an elegant, dairy-free dessert that is both indulgent and wholesome.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup tahini
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons beef gelatin
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 4.25 ounces dairy-free chocolate
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini, coconut flour, and cinnamon.
  2. In a small saucepan, dissolve beef gelatin in hot water.
  3. Mix the gelatin mixture into the tahini and coconut flour until smooth.
  4. Press the crust mixture into individual tart molds or ramekins and chill for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Melt dairy-free chocolate gently and pour over the chilled crust.
  6. Top each tart with sliced strawberries, pressing lightly into the chocolate.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour to allow chocolate to set completely before serving.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature tahini for smoother texture.
  • Lightly toast coconut flour for deeper flavor.
  • Sliced strawberries should be added just before serving for freshness.
  • Use a double boiler or microwave in short bursts to melt chocolate smoothly.
