- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (optional)
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 4 cups shredded Brussels sprouts
- 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add avocado oil and swirl to coat.
- Add ground beef to the pan and cook, breaking it apart, for 6–8 minutes until browned.
- Stir in garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Add shredded Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook for 4–6 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
- In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and sriracha if using.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir to coat evenly. Cook for 1–2 more minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use tamari instead of soy sauce for a gluten-free option.
- Pre-shredded Brussels sprouts save time and effort.
- Adjust spice level by changing the amount of sriracha.
- Great over rice, noodles, or in lettuce cups.
