Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup spinach, fresh or frozen (thawed and drained)
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh basil (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, preheat it as well.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, spinach, artichokes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Spread the spinach-artichoke mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the pizza.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Optionally, garnish with fresh basil.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
- For a crispy crust, brush the edges of the dough with olive oil before baking.
- You can add cooked chicken or bacon for extra protein if desired.
- For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free pizza crust.
