Description

A creamy and savory pizza topped with spinach, artichokes, and a rich cheese blend, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh or frozen (thawed and drained)
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, preheat it as well.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, spinach, artichokes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  5. Spread the spinach-artichoke mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
  6. Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the pizza.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Optionally, garnish with fresh basil.
  9. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a crispy crust, brush the edges of the dough with olive oil before baking.
  • You can add cooked chicken or bacon for extra protein if desired.
  • For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free pizza crust.
