- 4 tilapia fillets (about 1.5 pounds)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place tilapia fillets in the dish and pour sauce over them.
- Add lemon slices on top.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
