Description

A bold and flavorful baked tilapia dish with lemon, garlic, and a hint of spice, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (about 1.5 pounds)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  4. Place tilapia fillets in the dish and pour sauce over them.
  5. Add lemon slices on top.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
