Ingredients

  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Jalapeño: 1, minced
  • Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
  • Monterey Jack Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Chili Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt & Black Pepper: To taste
  • Fresh Cilantro: 2 tablespoons, chopped

Instructions
