Description

Soft and chewy smores cookies filled with melted chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for a nostalgic dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham crackers, crushed


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt separately.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers.
  6. Scoop onto baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly and serve.
