Description

All the joy of classic s’mores without the campfire! These no-bake S’mores Bars are packed with Golden Grahams, melty marshmallows, and a rich chocolate drizzle — crunchy, gooey, and completely irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows + 1/4 cup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow cream (or additional 1/2 cup mini marshmallows)
  • 4 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips + 1/4 cup
  • 1 teaspoon oil


Instructions

  1. Lightly grease or line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter. Stir in 4 cups mini marshmallows, vanilla, salt, and marshmallow cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat. Gently fold in Golden Grahams until evenly coated.
  4. Stir in reserved 1/4 cup mini marshmallows and 1 cup chocolate chips.
  5. Press mixture into prepared pan using oiled hands or parchment paper.
  6. Melt remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon oil in microwave, stirring until smooth.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over bars and let cool completely until set.
  8. Cut into squares or bars and serve.

  • Let bars cool at room temp to maintain perfect texture.
  • Use parchment paper for clean, easy removal from pan.
  • Store in airtight container for up to 4 days.
  • Customize with white chocolate, peanut butter, or crushed graham crackers.
