Ingredients
Scale
- 200g smoked salmon, sliced
- 8–10 large romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons, crushed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Lay the romaine lettuce leaves flat on a clean surface, creating individual wraps.
- Drizzle a small amount of Caesar dressing on each lettuce leaf, spreading it evenly.
- Place a few slices of smoked salmon on top of the lettuce, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and crushed croutons.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, then season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Carefully wrap the lettuce around the filling to form a wrap. Repeat for each lettuce leaf.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can add a few capers or a small drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- If you prefer a non-smoky flavor, substitute smoked salmon with grilled or poached salmon.
- These wraps make a great appetizer or light lunch option.
