- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4 large flatbreads
- 2 cups fresh lettuce leaves

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs, smoked paprika, ground cumin, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Lightly oil the hot skillet if needed.
- Place the marinated chicken in a single layer in the pan.
- Cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side until fully cooked and nicely browned.
- Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
- Stir the plain yogurt until smooth to prepare the sauce.
- Warm the flatbreads slightly to make them flexible.
- Fill each flatbread with sliced chicken, lettuce leaves, sliced green bell pepper, and drizzle with yogurt sauce.
- Fold, wrap, and serve immediately while warm.
