- Beef Broth: 1 cup
- Pepperoncini Peppers: 1 cup, plus 1/4 cup juice
- Italian Dressing Mix: 1 packet (about 1 ounce)
- Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Dried Oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional): 1/4 teaspoon
- Bay Leaf: 1
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Optional—heat a skillet to sear the roast.
- Combine Ingredients: Add broth, pepperoncini, juice, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, pepper, red pepper flakes, and bay leaf to the slow cooker.
