Description

Juicy smoky paprika chicken roasted on a sheet pan with sweet peppers and onions for an easy one pan dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 3 medium bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Toss chicken with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread peppers and onions on a sheet pan.
  4. Place chicken on top of vegetables.
  5. Roast for 35 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve hot.
