Description

A refreshing and vibrant salad with crispy pan-fried dumplings, fresh cabbage, cucumber, and a savory sesame-soy dressing, garnished with sesame seeds and cilantro.


Ingredients

  • Dumplings: 8–10, pan-fried
  • Napa Cabbage: 150 g, shredded
  • Cucumber: 100 g, sliced
  • Green Onions: 2 stalks, chopped
  • Fresh Cilantro: 10 g, leaves only
  • Sesame Seeds: 1 tablespoon, toasted
  • Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil: 1 teaspoon
  • Rice Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
  • Chili Flakes: 0.5 teaspoon, optional


Instructions

  1. Pan-fry the dumplings until golden and cooked through.
