A cozy, café-style latte featuring bold espresso, nutty tahini, sweet honey, and a pinch of salt, topped with creamy milk foam and optionally finished with honeycomb and toasted sesame seeds.

- 2 shots espresso (about 2 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon honey
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
- Optional: ice
- Optional: small chunks of honeycomb
- Optional: toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Brew two shots of espresso and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, honey, and salt until smooth. Warm slightly if needed for easier blending.
- In your serving glass, add the tahini mixture and pour the espresso over it. Stir to combine.
- Froth your milk using a frother or heat and whisk until creamy. Pour over the tahini-espresso mix.
- For an iced version, add ice before pouring the milk.
- Top with optional crumbled honeycomb and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
