Description

These salted caramel cracker bites are a crunchy, sweet, and salty snack made with oyster crackers coated in rich caramel and topped with sea salt. Perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you need a quick homemade treat.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
