- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and cook until dissolved. Bring to a gentle boil for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat, then add vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix well.
- Place oyster crackers in a large bowl, pour warm caramel over them, and fold gently until fully coated.
- Spread the coated crackers evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even caramelization.
- Remove from oven, let cool completely on the tray until caramel hardens, then break into bite-sized pieces.
- Store in an airtight container or package for gifting.
