- 1 pound Pizza Dough
- 1 whole Garlic Bulb
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. If using a pizza stone, place it inside while heating.
- Cut the top off the garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30–35 minutes until soft. Mash with heavy cream to form a sauce.
- On a lightly floured surface, stretch the dough into a 12-inch circle. Place on a pizza stone or greased baking sheet.
- Spread roasted garlic cream sauce over dough. Add dollops of ricotta, then sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan. Top with chicken and spinach.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.
- Finish with red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
- Slice and serve hot.

- Pre-bake crust for 5 minutes if you prefer extra crispiness.
- Use rotisserie chicken for added convenience and flavor.
