Description

Reese’s Peanut Butter Banana Bread is a rich, moist quick bread swirled with creamy peanut butter and loaded with chunks of Reese’s peanut butter cups, creating the ultimate sweet treat for chocolate and peanut butter lovers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (plus extra for swirling)
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Mix in mashed bananas and peanut butter until well combined.
  6. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
  7. Gently fold in chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
  8. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. If desired, swirl extra peanut butter on top with a knife for a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
