  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter cups, finely chopped (for coating)
  • Graham crackers (for serving)
  • Pretzels (regular or chocolate-covered) (for serving)
  • Vanilla wafers (for serving)
  • Apple slices (for serving)
  • Strawberries (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth using an electric mixer.
  2. Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until fluffy and well combined.
  3. Fold in mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and chopped peanut butter cups.
  4. Place mixture on plastic wrap, shape into a ball using the wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Mix coating ingredients: mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and chopped peanut butter cups in a shallow bowl.
  6. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in the coating mixture, pressing the candies into the surface.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate and let sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, fruit, or vanilla wafers.
  9. Rewrap leftovers and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
