Instructions

- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar until glossy.
- Add eggs one at a time and whisk until emulsified and slightly foamy, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla extract and red food coloring until evenly mixed.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix gently until no streaks of flour remain.
- Pour the red velvet batter into the prepared pan, spreading it into an even layer.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cream cheese, egg, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture onto the brownie batter. Use a butter knife to swirl the mixtures together for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
