- 1 large round pretzel bread loaf
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F if warming the bread bowl.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring until smooth and melted.
- Cut the top off the pretzel bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving thick sides.
- Warm the bread bowl in the oven for 5–10 minutes if desired.
- Pour hot cheese dip into the bread bowl.
- Top with extra shredded cheese and diced green pepper. Serve with bread cubes, carrot sticks, or pretzels for dipping.
