These golden, cheesy Pizza Bombs are packed with pepperoni, mozzarella, and marinara, all tucked inside fluffy biscuit dough. Brushed with garlic-herb butter and sprinkled with parmesan, they’re the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer or snack.

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce, plus extra for dipping
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and basil. Set aside.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle using fingers or a rolling pin.
- Place 1 tablespoon of mozzarella, 2–3 pepperoni slices, and a small spoonful of marinara in the center of each circle.
- Fold dough around the filling, pinch to seal, and shape into a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the seasoned oil mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
Notes
- Don’t overfill to prevent bursting during baking.
- Press edges tightly to seal in the cheesy filling.
