Description

These golden, cheesy Pizza Bombs are packed with pepperoni, mozzarella, and marinara, all tucked inside fluffy biscuit dough. Brushed with garlic-herb butter and sprinkled with parmesan, they’re the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce, plus extra for dipping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and basil. Set aside.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle using fingers or a rolling pin.
  4. Place 1 tablespoon of mozzarella, 2–3 pepperoni slices, and a small spoonful of marinara in the center of each circle.
  5. Fold dough around the filling, pinch to seal, and shape into a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with the seasoned oil mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill to prevent bursting during baking.
  • Press edges tightly to seal in the cheesy filling.
  • Try different fillings like cooked sausage or sautéed veggies.
